The imminent end of 2015, ushers in the onslaught of one’s inherently festive vulnerabilities: the inclination to guiltlessly over-indulge, and over-spend! As a chef, I can’t offer you much in terms of your inclination to over-spend during this time, allow me to offer you some help with your inclination to the over-indulge.
I’ve paired up with “Savse”, and we’ve whipped up something delicious, that’s easy to make during this festive season. In putting this recipe together, I took a page out of Savse’s book, and decided to incorporate some of the essential ingredients, used in their smoothies, and turn them into gorgeous and delightful flavoured meringues!
“Super Blue” and “Super Red” are my favourite flavours from the Savse range, so with that in mind, I used the juices, squeezed from fresh strawberries and blueberries, to incorporate into the meringues, giving them wonderful burst of natural flavours, that will leave you wanting more!
