I don’t think anyone really wakes up not wanting to devour something delicious in the morning, after all breakfast is the best meal of the day. I like to think if I start the day off with something healthy, it follows on throughout the day (well, that’s how I justify the day’s I skip gym). This morning I made a healthy yet delicious smoothie. It has all the ingredients that taste great but also provide you with some healthy nutrition. The best part about smoothies, is that everything goes into the blender looking like a mess, and comes out tasting phenomenal and looking great too!

Recipe: Almond and tasty wheat smoothie.


  • 1/4 cup tasty wheat

  • 3 tablespoons organic peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 250ml Greek yoghurt

  • 1 or 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds


  • Put everything into the blender, and allow to combine fully.

  • Top with pistachios, chocolate, almonds and enjoy!
