Chocolate-raspberry nicecream

 After a few days (and by that I mean two weeks) of being sick, I finally feel a little bit like my old self. I hate not posting and baking but when your body says rest, apparently you have to listen. Having been out of the loop for the last few days, I decided to have something healthy for breakfast that can kick start my week back into baking. As most of you already know, I love nicecreams. I cam across them a few months ago and now I like to have at least three a week, because of all the fresh fruit that goes into them. If you’re anything like me and cutting up fruit just seems mundane and a waste of time, then this is a good and fast alternative.

 

Recipe: Banana-chlorella-raspberry and chocolate nicecream

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 3 tablespoons raw cocoa

  • 2 chlorella tablets

Method:

Simply put everything into a blender and bon apetit! (Told you it was easy).
