Milkshakes

June 11, 2018

For the longest time I have been enjoying milkshakes/falooda at the dinner table every single Ramadan. I not only love the taste, but after I break my fast, I desperately need something sweet before I stand up, as my blood pressure drops dramatically. Many people ask me if I eat healthy during Ramadan, and for the most part that answer is yes, but I also like to indulge in the few treats that I cannot resist, and I don't think there is anything wrong with that either.

Here are the strawberry and chocolate milkshakes that I LOVE to have, and can't go a night without. You can substitute the milk for a DF milk if you think theres too much dairy for you, but otherwise I find these to be not too sweet, and very smooth and refreshing to have. I hope you like the recipes!

Bon apetit!
