Vegan Crepes

Good afternoon everyone!

 

Sunday's are typically about sleeping late, being lazy and eating a darn good breakfast. I look forward to Sunday's so much because like many of us, we only get Sunday's off where we can chill and relax. Today I made these vegan crepes, for no other reason than to try something new. Many people think I am vegan because of the recipes I post, but in actual fact I like to just add some plant based foods to my diet. 

 

Without further a do, here is the vegan crepe recipe that will change your life! 

 

Recipe: Vegan Crepes

Type: Vegan

 

Ingredients: 

 

1 1/2 cups plain flour

2 tbsp. coconut sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 cups lactose free milk

1 tsp. vanilla essence 

1 tbsp. desiccated coconut

1 tbsp. olive oil

 

Method:

 

Blend all your ingredients together, I put everything in my Kenwood food processor so that all the ingredients get nicely combined. 

I used spray and cook to grease the pan and found it so easy to flip these crepes. 

They are so delicious, and I drizzled them with chocolate almond butter and macadamia butter.
