The most delicious cauliflower recipe ever! There are so many ways to make cauliflower, a lot of them are part of curries but I decided to make a more side dish recipe than a main. I used the same concept when you make fried chicken and applied it to these cauliflower bites.
The beauty about this recipe is that there is no strict rule to follow. I used a few spices that I put into the panko and mixed it together but you can honestly use any spices or herbs you like.
I hope you enjoy this recipe, it is so easy to make and they are baked, not fried :)
P.s You can find panko at PnP and Woolworths in South Africa.
Recipe: Panko cauliflower bites

1 tbsp. Olive oil

Steam the cauliflower until it is tender but not too soft.

Once the cauliflower has dried off and cooled down.
Dip into the flour, then the eggs and coat with panko at the end.
Place into a lined baking tray, cover the bottom with some olive oil.
Put the calui bites onto the tray, toss to coat some of the olive oil.
