I am so proud of this banana bread recipe, can I just declare that I have always had trouble making a healthy banana bread, and finally I have a great one that I can share with you all! This banana bread is super fluffy and isn't cakey at all. I added in some chocolate chips and dates as well, and you can go ahead and add nuts if you'd like.
This Pantry Series is here for you, whereby I can assist you in making easy recipes at home. My bananas were becoming over ripe and that's why I decided to make a banana bread, but also I used a few substitutes to help if you don't have the necessary ingredients.
I hope you love the recipe and let me know what you think.
Stay safe everyone and stay home.
